Q: Are the shirts I ordered an officially licensed product?
A: Yes. All Deathmatch Worldwide shirts are officially licensed in agreement with the wrestler/promotion/platform that we distribute them for.
Q: I ordered a shirt that I want to wear at *enter show name*, can I get my shirt before then?
A: Unless it is clearly noted on the product otherwise, there are no promises that ANY shirt order will arrive before a specific show that you want to wear said product to. All orders are produced in the order that they are placed in the webstore as a whole.
Q: I ordered a shirt, will I be notified when it ships?
A: Yes. Just like you received an order notification email when the order was placed, you will also receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number when the order ships. If the notifications don't show up in your inbox, try checking in your spam folder.
Q: When will my shirt(s) i ordered ship?
A: Your shirt(s) can take anywhere from 7-28 days to process/print/ship. Its's not always ideal, but this is only because DMWW is currently a SINGLE person run operation that handles EVERYTHING. This is only for the time being though, as employees will be hired soon due to the current demand from our amazing customers!
Q: I'm not happy with the shirt(s) that I purchased and received, can I do a return and /or get a refund?
A: Unless there is visible damage to the print itself, No. If there is a possibility of print damage, please contact us using the contact page or send an email directly to [email protected] and we will handle the affair from there. Otherwise at no time will you be able to return, exchange, or get a refund on any item without there being a defect that occured during the printing process.
Q: My order has shipped, where is it?
A: When your order ships, you may track it using the tracking number provided to you via the shipping notification that is emailed to you. The moment that the product leaves our hands and ships, any issues that arise with your order may be handled directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Q: Even if I don't purchase a shirt(s), is there a way support or donate to Deathmatch Worldwide?
A: Yes. If you would like to financially support Deathmatch Worldwide, you may do so by clicking on the "SUBSCRIBE" tab that is listed on the left side of the webpage. Inside is an area to make a monthly donation if you choose to do so. No amount is too small and any amount helps.
